Prop A would amend provisions in the Ventura County Ordinance Code pertaining to the permitting process for all new oil and gas development proposals in the coastal portion of the unincorporated area of the County. 
Prop B would establish reasonable & uniform limitations, safeguards and controls for oil & gas exploration and production operations within the non-coastal portions of the unincorporated area that will allow for reasonable use of import resources.
